Why Apprenticeships?
“We want our staff to understand the processes involved in meeting the holistic needs of each of our service users on an individual basis. We find that apprenticeships not only build on knowledge and experience staff may have, but develop it further, and develop their skills.”
Why do you use Vision Training?
“We use Vision Training because we feel they understand the needs of our company and our staff. On an ongoing basis, they ensure that we are always involved with staff
learning and provide support to meet individual needs. We have found them to be very responsive in meeting our training needs, and keep us informed of any changes, despite the pandemic. We find that staff from Vision try to work around the needs and learning styles of individual staff, and work hard to ensure staff feel supported whenever they
require it.”
