Safeguarding & Welfare

At Vision Training we are committed to supporting our learners and valued employer partners both inside and outside of the workplace. We believe that helping maintain individuals’ welfare is paramount to running a successful business and pride ourselves on the support and guidance we provide.

We understand that our learners may encounter personal issues that will affect their study. To help support you, should any personal issue arise, we have embedded a number of welfare and safeguarding procedures into our everyday practice. These policies are monitored by our designated welfare and safeguarding officer, who works with those experiencing difficulties to provide additional in-depth support, in line with our company policies.

Alongside our welfare and safeguarding officers, we have ensured that our dedicated team of tutors are equipped with a wealth of knowledge and experience. This knowledge will allow them to provide high class impartial information, advice and guidance on topics as diverse as employment, mental health, prevent, radicalisation and alcohol abuse.
