Since opening our doors in 2009 we have been committed to delivering high quality apprenticeship training and provision across the region. We feel that apprenticeships offer a robust, extremely effective form of adult training, ensuring that individuals receive a well-rounded education whilst in employment.
Learner Benefits
Apprenticeships offer learners a wide range of benefits, including, but not limited to, the following:
- No Debt – Learners completing an apprenticeship qualification do not have to pay tuition fees of any kind.
- Learning and Earning – Our qualifications can be delivered to those already in full time employment, meaning that there really is no financial burden
- Career Progression – Completing an apprenticeship gives you the tools necessary to make your way up the career ladder. In the past our learners have gone on to gain promotions, take on additional work responsibilities and continue onto higher education
- Improved Skills – Each apprenticeship learner is required to complete 20% Off the Job Training. This requirement enables learners to hone and develop the skills necessary to succeed at work
