Level 2 Award in Supporting Activity Provision in Social Care (QCF)

 

The care sector is increasingly recognising that Activity Provision can make a significant contribution to well- being and quality of life of the people who use services.

 

 

This qualification will enable those working, or intending to work, in the health and social care sector to develop their understanding of the potential benefits for individuals of engaging in both everyday activi-ties and programmed activities.

Who is it for?

This course is suitable for any person who delivers, wants to deliver, manages the delivery of or wants a better understanding of activities in any care setting, care workers, managers, activity organisers…… It will enable learners to effectively con-tribute to the planning, delivery and evaluation of activities, be they group or individual, helping to ensure that the holistic needs of individuals who use your services are met.

These resources will assist you by guiding learning and supporting you to gather the necessary evidence to attain this level 2 qualification.
